You got to love the tense of the verb used in the article too. "Disrupted", like it has already happened. The only thing disrupted is the franchisees ability to make money due to an extremely poorly executed manufacturing plan and the company's inability to manage the process.
Actually, this company is a good case study on what not to do. Namely, have your act together (that's putting it mildly) and have a product somewhat ready for market before you start to sell it.
