magoo didn't they also do a funding afterthe last RS. IMO that is why they did this one.
I didn't see any report of officers sales for last year. I suspect the 2-3 millon sharess sold in Nov-Dec 2018 was by them. I am beginning to think some laws are being broken. No annual meeting. No report of 2018 finnacials.

Do they actually have the 15 producing wells? If so what is the production?

We may need the SEC to look into this..
