It is difficult to understand, as I was told the same thing "only very sophisticated investors will understand the transaction" by the Broker at AGP who also told me yes, "VERB received the additionally 4 million in cash". Those who keep running numbers and accusing Rory of deception will eventually feel quite foolish. This is the first I had heard that VERB would have received only $16.5 million in proceeds, otherwise. LOL
