They gave an "update" that did not tell me much.
I understand they cannot tell me about how the case is going because they do not know
But how about contingencies:
ie.
If the judge approves we have already begun talks with MMs to get the relisted
If the judge finds against here is what our plan is

They have to have thought this far and they owe their investors that.
They addressed this a bit a year ago but IMO they owe another update to that update
