Sterling so with the new amount of outstanding shares and the limited cash on hand (none) how do you see them acquiring Rotmans without raising the amount of outstanding shares significantly higher? There is no way there revenues increase to the point where it would be benefiting them. How do you see this exactly working for the shareholders instead of against the shareholders?
