No, that is not the basis of my thought. Win or lose, that court ruling has absolutely nothing to do with what VYST is going to achieve moving forward operationally. Their goals are still very much intact and on course for being achieved.

Also, those shares are already factored in as a worse case scenario. Actually, it's been trading for months with such shares already factored in the OS. I think the panic selling is from investors selling that truly don't understand the situation here and what they were holding. Again, I truly believe we will all be fine here with VYST. I still have zero worries.
