Neither of these two potential customers has made that 50% down payment!
Why have those down payments NOT been made?
Because neither Jatropha nor Veracruz has seen a properly working unit.
Therefore, we can conclude that there are NO "orders" from either Jatropha nor Veracruz AT THIS TIME!
There are simply indications of interest.
