Oh yes it is, they locked horns with the FDA 10 years ago and did everything wrong. We could be selling products today on the shelf in the U.S. by simply backing away from FDA and changing the wording on the labels. We have enough credibility for the products through our 50 plus countries in Europe and Asia, NHS, B.Braun, Mundipharma, etc, etc, etc. it is totally the CEO’s blunder. The products are needed and will sell without the FDA stamp, look at the hundreds of products being sold OTC without FDA, it’s all BS. JMHO Enjoy your dat.
