DB, there is something operating here that's a bit more deliberate than just abject incompetence. Now consider the supposed capabilities of Mr. Nalepka. By all accounts, he's a pretty competent fellow. His educational preparation and his past professional successes are reasonably impressive, as thus, put on display by his resume. So, from my vantage point, it would be a bit unreasonable to label him as an incompetent. However, AW could be dominating him. Thus, neutering Keith's ideas and his vision regarding what path the company should take for success (i.e., from a Sales and Marketing standpoint). IMO, yes, there is something very wrong with how this company is being managed. However, IMO, if Mr. Keith would assert himself a bit more, maybe he could be the linchpin of BIEL's success. Just Maybe!! Well, That's My Take!
