SOLI filed a Form 10 for registration of securities with the SEC, URBF filed a Form 15 which is revoking/terminating their securities.
I see that URBF sold intellectual properties to Bevo Farms in 2016, but Bevo was already publicly traded in Canada, so it seems to me that the shares of URBF aren't actually owned by Bevo, but a defunct company.
Unless you're just holding for a chance to be bought out since it's a clean shell, vs anticipating the Bevo connection. Let me know your thoughts, appreciate any feedback.
