yes looking at URBF as a clean shell with no debt, and looking forward to a real company coming in here as this is one of the cleanest shells out there, got very lucky with SOLI moving a huge TeleHealth/CareClix into it, and yes at this point in time we have no idea who will take over here and I made that clear, we may sit here for a year w/o any developments, but waiting until something is announced also means paying way more, so I have no problem parking a few million shares here and waiting
