In my opinion, initial review period for financials (SEC related valuations) will be over Nov. 17th.
Final review period (SEC related "other things") will be from Nov. 17th to Dec. 6th.
New trading exchange and contract/strat announcements after that.
I also expect there may be a company name and symbol change for the new exchange...got a hint of this because of the GTE shirt store site shutdown...I could be wrong about this, though.
