I wanted to round up to an even number, so I put in an small order a couple of hours before the bell for 640 shares at .51. I was filled a little while ago at .35.

Makes no sense. I dropped the price to .50 to get an even 200 shares and it went through at .40.

JMO - Do your own DD.
