The London Whale scheme is exactly what Alice is talking about in her Exhibit B letter...Kosturos did not have to answer to anyone as Trustee for the Wmilt trust...A/M was a restructuring and advisement vehicle for the trust, and charged with various forms of enhancement of that money, which could include lending it out to make more money...as someone has posted, Alice did work for JPM in some capacity, and got wind of this scheme between the trust and probably bankers who were holding the trust money, including chase...could be a deal was made with the trust to use the money for a derivative trade, because the time matrix is about the same as the trust took over the assets... I am guessing here, but alice and her attorneys are not... they posit the scheme in a letter to the judge as Exhibit B...although a hypothetical, it is enough to alert the judge to something that could of happened.. in court she could press for more information about this deal... Remember Alice issued a Subpoena for all records of the trust dealings with the UW...this is not by coincidence that she did so... if these banks made deals with the trust, the records of A/M would show this... remember, under the contract of the Trust with A/M, they do not have to report anything they do... just the time spent managing for billing purposes only... we will see the fireworks tomorrow, if the case is on the docket.... my sense is it will be heard in private chambers, thats why no mention was made on the april22 court docket... JMT... Lodas
