Sorry about this negative post on Joe Laxague.

Was doing my DD when I came across those two articles mentioning his name. This partly has to do with a deep distrust I have for OTC companies registered in Nevada. I have been screwed more than once by such companies.

On the other hand, EVERYTHING I been able to learn about BMXI appears to be legit, and Soo's explanation for using Joe Laxague seems reasonable and has eased my fears.

Bottom line: From all I have learned so far from my DD, BMXI appears to be the real deal. A fairly new and up and coming mining company that seems to want to get listed on the OTC as an OTCQB company with regularly filed SEC or OTC financial disclosure reports.
