Joe Laxague, one of BMXI's security counsels, has had some questionable dealings in his background according to info I have found on the Internet.

Joe Laxague wrote and signed BMXI's attorney letter to OTCMarkets.

Joe Laxague is mentioned in a lawsuit that was filed against Riot Blockchain amongst others on 10/22/2018. I have not looked into the final result of this lawsuit, but below is the paragraph that mentions his name:

Kairos appears to have many links to Riot. The company was incorporated by Joe Laxague of Laxague Law Inc., the same lawyer who, SEC filings suggest, represented another major investor in Riot who has owned more than 7.49 percent of the company.

Laxague told CNBC he could not comment when reached by phone and hung up.

Also found a report filed on scamion.com regarding Joe Laxague. Below is a link to that report.
