Thanks for making that part clear makinezmoney. How would shareholders receive money from the litigation claims, if the unsecured debt exceeded 300 million dollars ?? The Assigned Trustee and Trustee board will payout from 300 million dollars, the amount Mercuria allotted for unsecured debt first. The shareholders will receive any amounts if total claims for unsecured debt is below 300 million dollars, the maximum Mercuria is willing to pay.
From my understanding is that many of these unsecured debt claims are NOT valid . If a large portion of the unsecured debt claims are to be found FRAUDULENT. Then a large portion of the 300 million dollars, Mericuria committed for claims, will go to shareholders. Correct me if this is not correct. TIA
