If you follow me here, I think you will see proof of a very conservative projection as to how high this could run too near term:

Now, if you agree this original ANDA brings higher future sales projections by bringing in Int'l sales and much better margins - then, by default, you would agree that the math on below is realistic.

** At just 1.5x 2018 revenue (of $24M) = you have a MC of $36M.

Now we currently have 2.4M shares outstanding and let's assume Boyd exercises his 230k warrants at $7.35 soon...then we would have ~2.63M o/s...let's round up to 2.7M o/s folks. (INNV gets some $$$ too from warrant exercise of around $1.7M)

So, with this news and a conservative $36M MC projection and what will be around 2.7M o/s - WHY wouldn't PPS run to $13.30 ish ??? I doubt Da and Boyd are in a real hurry to dump knowing FMV is around this level IMO. THEY have the freakin float locked up TIGHT. They (as a team) control when to "dump". Watch for another round of BIG news...that is when you will see some profit taking IMO.
