If I am Da ( well shat, I would step down), but I would immediately see if Westward would give them a better deal right now IF they signed on for a 3rd batch of Fluti from Westward ? That might help margins a little for this allergy season. They could use Akorn then to slowly ramp up the Intl side and start selling Fluti overseas. Then a year from now, INNV is really in the catbird seat. All depends on how Westward views this recent news? That is prolly why INNV hadn’t marketed the shat out of Fluti (YET). Now, we instantly become a more viable takeover target !!! Best case scenario would be INNV gets a better deal from Westward than from the original ANDA via Akorn. Hhhmmmmm
