Bert, Taylor is correct. This was the original ANDA that finally got approved ! The 2 big benefits are 1) much better margins and 2) rights to sell it worldwide. See, Da was sent scrambling to make a sweetheart deal for Westward off of another ANDA in order to start selling the much hyped FlutiCare. You can bet that the margins sucked and it was an agreement to sell only in USA. The original ANDA gives INNV instant leverage because they now have a much more cost effective solution/source to get at more product. The cool thing is....Westward sees how sales are increasing and may counter to keep INNV as a client. I would bet INNV held off on really marketing the shat out of Fluti until they got the original approved. Can they save THIS allergy season, though ?? This will bring in a ton more revenue once this gets going / sold overseas. This makes INNV much more valuable as a takeover target IMO. Now all they need to do is have Boyd join the BOD and partner with a CBD oil player and good luck chasing it ! I wonder if their subsidiary, Novalere, soon becomes all things CBD oil ? Hhhmmmm
