I honestly do not think it was a dumb move to release the PR after hours today, considering this is a long weekend and some investors like to sell on the news. At least serious investors will have more time to digest the news over the long weekend and ready to take appropriate actions next week.

We often like to call for news but we either condemn or use it as an opportunity to sell when the news is released. No winning strategy on OTC. No one can really tell when a stock will climb. Let's all relax and hope for the best. Just my opinion.
