If the patent system in the EU is that much more favorable to companies than the U.S., and we have a greater chance of winning there, why didn't Voip-Pal pursue enforcement of their patents there FIRST instead of the U.S. where it is so much harder? Why not spend the time and money where chances of a favorable outcome are much greater? You can't tell me the Voip-Pal attorneys don't know how the system works in the U.S. and the 101 process.

The actions of the CEO point to greed. Taking a multi-million dollar salary when a company like this has zero revenue, is a huge red flag and just morally the wrong thing to do if you really cared about share holders. Gifting shares to friends and family to enrich his family, is also a huge red flag.

The recent buyout offer for Emil's shares, and only now releasing that information, is an attempt to pump the stock. (nothing more) Maybe just long enough so that Emil's friends and family can cash out their gifted shares at a higher profit?

People need to think logically about this whole thing and stop letting their own greed for getting rich, get in the way of logic and sound reasoning.

Next mini pump will be when the PTAB makes another favorable ruling. But that will mean very little unless the 101 ruling is overturned. Good f'ing luck with that.
