Im in SBES and the other one also. ZMRK they both are Reverse merger plays for CEO Meihua Xu, also known as Robert XU. Details will be forthcoming in a few weeks. The other company is just now starting a run. This is about 2-3 weeks behind due to the Control Dispute.
