Where do you come up with this stuff!? If there is a deal there's going to be a set number and day to day price movements are not going to effect said number.

Let's say the talks were done a month ago and let's say novo buys out Amrn for 600 bil using your post/logic you're say that the number is no longer 600bil because the pps is down!
