If we purchased shares after Nov. 7th(the closing date of the Merger) we should own shares in the new China Company. The merger closed on Nov. 7th. I bought my shares after this date. This China company had 17mil in Revenues & 6.7mil in Net income through June 30, 2006. This company is way undervalued. I'm holding long for the big run. GLTY
