" ..crushed is correct." Along with the Sec filing, the company IR should have issued a press release. To be clear, hopefully, the company strenghth remains in successful science, although we rarely get updated, because it's weakness is communicating to shareholders and public.
The share price falls and yet, soon, they will be seeking another reverse split and new shares issued to raise funding. They need to understand this weakness and fix ir quickly... the institutions and retail investors will see MRKR as dead money, as it has been for 7+ months, and not buy, but sell.
