With Texture at $28m in Revs on their best year... and with an Acquisition price tag of $485m... 100m upfront and a $385m($minimum$)guarantee over the next 2 years... It sounds like Apple is betting on ITSELF and the SUCCESS it sees in the future of AN+... and we all know Texture and it’s Publishers (RIP 5/29/19)... WILL NOT accomplish Apple’s services Goal and NOT be impactful enough ALONE to hit $1.7billion by 2022...

So IMO (as always)... there needs to be More Muscle both Internationally and Digitally for the progression above... especially after reading about the unhappy publishers using the existing AN+ Digital tools and the AN+ march forward into Europe this fall !!!

Who/What could possibly be the Solution???

WHY announce the Texture price now ??? The Acquisition was back in March of 2018...

WHY has Pixelmags been in the Dark since roughly May of 2018 yet was Recently Looking to Hire an Android Engineer ???

WHY is Apple hiring Android EngineerS ???


WHY HAVEN’T we heard a plethora of Negative News about Pixelmags online... it should be loaded with Pi$$ed off customers left and right... instead...crickets!!! With 1500 plus Publications on 65million Devices yet we hear nothing negative... except here...

I’ve got a lot more WHYs behind the ones above... I and most here look forward to some answers from Corporate soon !!!
