Could be days or weeks yet; but ya better be positioned. Once finalized, I expect new management to take over and investors to rapidly bid this up..

Keep in mind..

With minimal debt; this stock is trading around 1 million valuation

Diabetes Relief is growing exponentially, expecting roughly 2.5 million in revs this fiscal year and with opening new facilities and leveraging public markets; one could easily project 4-5 mil revs for a forward 12 months.

On top of that... the Diabetes Relief facilities open up a cost efficiency and monetization path for Liprostin.. that is a huge bonus to get JV financiers or partners on board for phase 3 clinicals. This did not exist prior to DR combination.

With DR business model and the potential for phase 3 clinicals unlocked; I see an initial valuation of 10-20 mil short term. Longer term if DR growth rate continued and phase 3 clinicals mature down a path; 50-100 mil is very possible 12 month target.. sometimes the frenzy comes in way early. So really anything is possible in OTC world and this has such a tight share structure. Biotech’s sometimes run to 100 mil valuations prematurely too..

Current prices are laughable; so I accumulate weekly.
