I am told that the the defendants have 21 days to respond.

As long as they don't respond -which it looks like they probably won't-

expect to see a summary judgement within a week or so after the 21 days.

Than, if the shares get cancelled, it seems a MM can file the form 211.

So if all goes well it would seem SOLI is about a month away from uplisting to OTCQB from the greys.
