Waiting for harvest will add increased labor costs......
I'm hoping that they can put their distribution license to work,
and transport third parties crops to market. But, there is still the cost of trucking, insurance, etc.
I think that we will see a better buy in price by August. It's a hold for me.
I was from the east side of the San Joaquin Valley. The west side, Mendota, Coalinga, Panocha and Kettleman City are all extremely hot in the summer. I am also hoping that they have a back-up power supply if needed.
