I still have three pages of post to read but I believe Daniel was hopeful in the beginning and Mr. Shields agreed to be listed as CTO however was still busy with other agreements and ventures / life duties. So Gary was not actually providing brkk any value because he was only a consultant. Down the line brkk events unfolded positive allowing Mr. Shields to feel more comfortable making a business change in his life and stepping in. This is a wild guess but closer than most of you.

Two lines I took from the news after being disappointing yes because we all want a buyout/merger/contract but here is a positive.

and

"iSee Sports Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of BRK, Inc."
