No, I have never been opposed to anyone who wants to challenge the bankruptcy process on a well organized class action lawsuit. In fact I would have love to see that happening. However it seems to me we are finally at the end of the process and we have waited a long time to see PIERS paid off. Now that we are here don't you think is a little too late in the game to do that?? I'm not trashing Alice but there are things that to me raise a red flag. One being seeking extra compensation for herself. I do not think she is looking out for you. To me a group collective effort like class action lawsuit would have been more meaningful but then again what do I know?? I'm not a lawyer nor understand their jargon...
