The brokerage industry
has lost a considerable amount of money this year to fraud issues,
therefore we are taking every possible precaution to combat this.

ie..We've lost our ass this year in these penny stocks coming up short. SSSU damn near put us in backruptcy, along with CSHD and now it looks like we might lose our ass here.
