They have the ball and they own the court. They will shoot when they please, whether you and I understand all of the filtration they use or not.

It is fun to consider what technologies they are using in LaCoste, but as an investor that is not my primary concern. In fact the exact details are fairly far down the list.

The results are what will sell systems, licenses, and grow shrimp.

They claim the patent covers the system they are using. If it doesn't then the software running the system will provide a degree of IP protection. I suspect there are things going on in that systems we don't know about. That is also fine with me. I want the tech protected.
