Well it could be the underwriters want to stay in Class 19 so they do not have to return the 1.4 million wmih shares. If the underwriters are placed in Class 18 they would receive next to nothing imo. $34 million to be divided among 45 million in allowed claims, plus 1 billion potential claims yet to be resolved, plus the underwriters 28 plus 78 million unresolved claim. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
