We’re waiting for the hard close on the RM, with Cigawatt. Company is currently undergoing a audit to finalize that. Also, news about dilution ending and the Carebourne note resolution is expected as well.

We have confirmation on Norm Bour’s involvement and Brian Conway will reassign as CEO once the RM closes.
