When Exxon establishes a presence in Israel ...

... it will make acquiring equipment for oil exploration more readily available. The biggest challenge today is that there isn't an exploratory infrastructure. Every project requires shipping in the equipment required to perform and complete that project.

As an example, for MJ#1, Zion searched the world to acquire the necessary piping to complete the bore hole.

In Texas, you would be able to easily acquire such equipment due to it being readily available. What takes a world search in Israel is a search through a region in Texas.
