What the court's ruling in Delaware does is put the burden of proof on Nokia and this is where it should be in the 1st place. What the ruling does is make Nokia 'shoot with a rifle" to support their cause of action as opposed to "shooting with a shotgun" and forcing Idcc to spend a great amount of time and money defending itself; also, the denying of discovery items protects Idcc from being forced to produce irrelevnt material!tucker
