"Dissolved organics" is not a phrase that I would use. Besides, the backwashing of a carbon filter is not intended to regenerate it, only to remove fouling. And the backwash water needs to be supplied at the filter manufacturer's stated rate, in order to float the media. Otherwise, you're right, you're blowing your carbon...or sand...right down the drain.

These are all issues that bear directly on operating costs. Unfortunately, some SHMP investors couldn't be bothered with the actual details that will determine whether SHMP will be ultimately successful AT SELLING SHRIMP (SHMP has already proved they're successful at selling stock). Unfortunate for the investors. Good for traders.
