Let's think about this. Current MV is $990K+
Even a shell can be worth more than that. Let's say they do a 15:1 RS. That doesn't change the market value of the company. Say the price drops 50% after the RS. So the MV would also be halved. Now we're talking about a company worth $500K? That's a steal. Shares will fly into new hands and send it right back up. Heck, I'll buy more after the RS too.
