Am I reading this correctly, does PYF we have exclusive rights for telemedicine to Africa through the African Union? Seems like a lot, but that's they way I read it.

Telemedicine centers allow doctors and medical experts to provide professional medical services to rural areas, allowing them to spend more time giving medical aid without wasting long hours of travel time.
