CEO Bill Williams Podcast interview: We over the past 18 years, developed a system of growing shrimp in an enclosed recirculating salt water environment. And that’s something that nobody’s really ever done successfully. And we got into it, we knew we could do it, but it’s been a real struggle. But we finally figured out how to do it. We have all of our tests, it’s been successful and we’ve patented the technology.

Our next step is full expansion. That’s what we’re in the process of doing right now. We have a facility in LaCoste Texas which is about 30 miles from San Antonio.

We have some plans in the works right now, a jv capability and some stuff I’m not at liberty to tell you about. But with our technology we can go anywhere in the United States, in the city. We don’t have to be next to salt water or the ocean or anything like that. We can go in a warehouse space and we can be growing shrimp in probably 60 days.

We are using the $7,000,000 for expansion basically. We have done 2 S-1 filings. We just completed another S-1 a week or so ago. And we will probably get all the way through that this year. We are using that money for expansion.

We can grow any aquatic species that is alive. We can grow it indoors in recirculating facilities to our knowledge.

Our shrimp is what they refer to as sushi grade. It’s white pacific vannamei with a wonderful taste. It’s fresh, it’s delivered fresh, it’s never frozen and it just has a quality that is a gourmet quality and you can distinguish it from any shrimp that you eat because of the taste. It tastes so much better.

We have some rather large plans in the works. And like I said, I’m not at liberty to tell you what they are until they actually transpire. But we’re quite positive that these, and this, is all going to work out and we will be able to expand quite rapidly this year.

What you have to know about we’ve done, we’ve done something that as I’ve said, to our knowledge nobody’s ever done. And that is to be able to grow aquatic species, especially shrimp, in an indoor recirculating system that you can put anywhere in the world. You don’t have to be next to the oceans. We have done that. We have tested it successfully, and we have patented it. And that is literally[color=red][/color] going to change, within a reasonable period of time, it’s going to change the nature of the seafood business.

When asked when do you think revenues will fall on the balance sheet:
Well, probably within 10-12 months.
