The video he did right after the S-1/A that had the assumed pricing at $7.65 (which is what the stock was trading at at the time) wherein he strongly inferred that was a “low” price and the actual offering would be higher because of the complaints or questions about it, could come back to bite his ass if there was a shareholder lawsuit. He treaded a fine line with a lot of those videos.

Someone tell me he is not suggesting the offering price will higher than $7.65...

How many bought into that and accumulated as it went up to $15 only to have their legs cut off at $3.13??
