You ever wondered why Aul issued that PR in the first place? You truly believe that GIFA's management knows what it can or cannot say as a publicly traded company? That PR was released for one reason only... to cover GIFA's ass! GIFA management has little experience being a publically traded company in the US.

If this were a typical penny scam, Aul would have done nothing and allowed them to say whatever just like other OTC scamming CEO's do.
