Looks like whoever continues to reload the ask is trying to get whatever they can get at .075 before what I assume is going to be unfavorable news, just like the previous PR. Makes absolutely no sense why else the ask would have 84K shares. Why be willing to sell for such low prices when such a huge merger is about to complete? Common sense!
