rut2k9, You are right that it is a long and complicated process that typically plays out over 3 to 6 months to get that sort of order. AND THAT IS EXACTLY MY POINT. The typical customer (a PD) needs to be walked and lead and convinced and hand-held through the entire process. That is what a good sales person does and one good one can do it simultaneously with about 10 - 20 customers - EASILY.

VirTra has been "selling" for over a decade, why are they too stupid to sell product the way everyone else sells $300k systems?

I sold stuff like this to municipalities and universities and CDC and Fed gov and local gov and everyone else for 8 years. It is tough and a process but it IS STRAIGHTFORWARD and good results are easy to achieve with smarts and hard work. Why hasn't VirTra figured it out? It is not exactly rocket science.
