Just the fact that he updated the OTC with a NOTICE OF LATE FILING, the explanation given and the fact he stated the financials would be updated on 4/15 says it all.... NEVER before in the history of GRDO had the prior management done this... It used to be just silence !! I'm HOLDING for the Copper++
