My bad, it wasn’t in the title. There were follow up articles from 3rd parties covering the story which included the 400% better then soc - which I was unable to find.

Here is the quote I was referencing from the PR, touting 2-73’s efficacy (400% better then soc):

“At day 36, the amplitude of the cognitive EEG/ERP biomarker P300 increased 38 percent from baseline. Published data suggests that a 38 percent increase is approximately 4 times higher than donepezil (Aricept®), the current standard of care, in the same timeframe.”
