By 2 new players. See 1stGlobalVentures.com for their profile, plus LinkedIn. It had a court date for a bit earlier but was moved to another court. I seriously doubt that the current owner will protest since the cableclix.com website is up for sale. One of the new guys is located in another country. My guess is that they have a buyer lined up. The float is very low. If they have a buyer lined up then after the custodianship is granted on the 22nd this could move very quickly.
