I do agree in process but not result. I believe these players are 4 steps in front of us and believe they already know how this will play out. I am just glad there is a plan now. BR will not take all this liability by himself, thus the setup of those that will complete this out. Players: Bigboys(Hedge Funds) helping to sponsoring AG and the creation of the complaint. BR has already negotiated a deal with the Law Firm hired by AG and have worked with the Hedge Funds (guess, 40 billion) to eventually close this out.
All will be represented and with releases with hand would be difficult to come back on.

What is unnecessary is people coming at each other after so many years of a common goal, The survival of Equity under the difficult BK rules and regulations.

One exception the LT designed by the system to crush Equity. System designed for a illiquid Bank.
